To: Santa

Hey Santa, I was just wondering, given your strength of elves, granting somemore of my wishes wouldn't be too bad right? =D I won't be as noble as to wish for world peace. Perhaps, just let a little love into everyone's heart?

You know, the news have been very depressing to read lately. The Mumbai attacks. The conflict between Mumbai and Pakistan. The unrest in Thailand and Malaysia. And back at home, the many social problems. But of course, the terrorist attacks are the most depressing. Because I just can't understand why they have to place people's life in danger and even to take lives just to express angst. I have always been wondering what is wrong with these people. They have the ability to express it in a more amicable way. But what caused them to think that the only way of solving whatever problems is through such methods. I am never a supporter of violence, unless it's fair fight. If these people have a little love in them, would things be different? Perhaps things happened to them, causing them to think in such a way. I really want to know..

There are times I can spend my time thinking and thinking why people react this way. Or do things certain way. Are they really terrorizing for the sake of terrorizing? It is indeed hard to understand the human mind. And worst when people don't only think with their mind, they think with their heart. Even harder to understand. Aw...some people spend their whole life trying to understand.

That's why I always want to have the ability to read people's mind. This complicated thing. Sure enough, the ability to read people's have it's cons. Ar... Talking about ability (*extraordinary*). I want to have three ability! Ability to time travel, ability to read people's mind and the ability to be invisible.

Ability to be invisible - You know, there are times you just want to be left alone. But in this small small world, it's hard to do so.

Ability to read people's mind - This way, everyone is simple-minded because it's easy to read. No guessing games. You tell me what you really mean. It's much better that way!

Ability to time travel - I have always been very fascinated with the past and how they live. How the egyptians lived. How magnificient ancient china is. You know, it got to be an exciting trip to be able to travel to the past. Not to change anything, just to see what actually happened. Whenever I watch Discovery Channel and there's this documentary on Mummies. They actually try to investigate the death of the mummy through the use of hi-tech equipments. But then, I really want to witness what happened. Are the hi-tech equipments that reliable? Are we really doing justices to whoever is accused? I want to go back to see what happened! When I was in Beijing, and we were brought to places like the Forbidden Palace and the Heavenly Temple. And I will close my eyes and try to imagine what it looked like before. With the guards patrolling and all. It must be a very fascinating sight. And whenever i walk down this alley/lane that is filled with old buildings, I close my eyes and try to imagine it being filled with the people of ancient times. I love imagination. It brings you away from reality. But of course, be sure to return back to reality when needed! Aww.. I hope I dream of something interesting tonight! =D That makes me excited to sleeep! Teehee! =D


I shall carry on this entry tomorrow perhaps? Nights children and we are nearer to Christmas. Oh dear, talking about Christmas! Another thing to talk about! But no worries, continue tomorrow. =D
